• All cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out including shelves and drawer tracks

• Countertops, backsplash, and sink degreased and sanitized

• Stovetop and exterior of vent hood cleaned

• Exterior of dishwasher wiped down

• Pantry shelving and doors wiped down

• Floor vacuumed and mopped

• Bathtub and shower scrubbed and sanitized

• Fixtures wiped down and cleaned

• Mirrors and glass shower doors cleaned streak free

• Medicine cabinets wiped down inside and out

• Toilet fully sanitized inside and out

• Countertops and sink scrubbed, soap scum and hard water buildup removed

• Baseboards, doors, and door frames wiped down

• Vanity exterior cleaned

• Floor swept and mopped

• Interior windows cleaned including tracks and sills

• Blinds wiped down

• Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents dusted

• Cobwebs removed from ceilings and corners

• Mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned streak free

• Baseboards, doors, and door frames wiped down

• Built-in shelving wiped down

• Closets vacuumed and wiped down including shelving and hanging rods

• Light switches, outlet covers, and door handles cleaned

• Carpets vacuumed including edges

• Hard floors mopped

To ensure quality and safety on every job, the following are not part of our standard service:

• Interior of fireplaces

• Full wall washing, we spot clean minor scuffs only

• Unfinished spaces such as basements, attics, or crawl spaces

• Garages, patios, decks, and exterior surfaces

• Biohazards including mold, sewage, or animal waste

• Windows that cannot be safely reached with a standard step ladder

• Moving heavy furniture or large appliances. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot move heavy appliances ourselves. If appliances are already moved, we're happy to clean behind them.

• Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

• Exterior windows
